Shipping Information

We use the Austrian Post service (www.post.at), DPD (www.dpd.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com) to deliver your ordered units.

• The units we supply are light weight. Single units are therefore shipped in an air-cushioned envelop to your delivery address.
• Multiple units are shipped in one larger air-cushioned box.
• The delivery of our units is usually initiated within 2 working days after a completed order.
• All units are delivered in ESD protective bags.
• Tracking numbers are provided for you to be able to track the parcel.
