• the unit does not operate as expected, or
• the unit does not meet or match your application or requirements, or
• inspite of extensive production testing, a unit is faulty.

We appreciate any detailed explanation for the reason you return the goods so as to improve our products and services.

We will refund all costs (including our shipping costs to your destination), however, the shipping cost for the return of the goods will not be refunded.

Our refund will be in the form of a voucher that you can use on our webshop. No monetary refunds are accepted.
